HIV +ve patients
It is very important that those who attend GUM for HIV care (and certain other conditions) are seen during a "medical clinic" session where you will see a doctor trained in HIV care. See HIV services for more information.
Disabled access
The clinic welcomes people with disabilities. There are disabled parking spaces close to the entrance. The clinic is fully accessible for people in wheelchairs and there is a disabled toilet in the department. If you have hearing difficulties or wear a hearing aid, please tell the doctors and nurses looking after you. If anyone needs more support when they attend please contact the department in advance so we can arrange this.
