After registering you will be asked to sit in the waiting room before you see a doctor, nurse or health advisor. We do our best to keep your wait as short as possible, although sometimes delays are inevitable.

You should expect your first visit to last around 1-2 hours. During this time you may see a doctor, nurse and possibly a health advisor.

If you have made an appointment we try hard to see you within 30 minutes of your appointment time, but you should allow at least one hour for your visit. No appointment is required if you are attending a drop-in session, but you may have to wait as we will see people in the order that they attend. People with prebooked appointments are given precedence.

The waiting room is for both men and women. It has a soft drinks machine and plenty of magazines.

Please feel free to bring a friend with you if you wish. However we would prefer to see you alone during your consultation and examination.
