Coming into clinic if you are unwell

As we head into winter, illnesses like the flu are on the increase. To help us to protect our patients and staff, please:

  • Don’t come into clinic if you are feeling unwell unless it is urgent (for example, for emergency contraception or PEPSE). If you already have an appointment, you can change this via your Personal Health Record or by calling us. See book, change or cancel an appointment.
  • Use sanitiser or wash your hands for 20 seconds when entering the clinic.
  • Wear a face mask if we ask you to.
  • Ask a member of staff or call our main phone line if you are not sure of the best thing to do.
