Coronavirus / COVID-19

Our clinics are open by arrangement only. Please book a telephone consultation via email / phone.

If you come to a clinic, please wear a face covering. If you have a new continuous cough, a high temperature, or a loss or change to your sense of taste or smell, do not come to a clinic. Follow the national advice on coronavirus (COVID-19).

Special requirements

Interpreting and translation services

It is important that you understand and are fully involved in making decisions about your care and treatment.

We offer a range of interpreting and translation services, including:

  • language interpreting
  • British Sign Language
  • communication assistance for people who are deaf

But sometimes these take time to arrange. We therefore recommend that you book an appointment rather than attending a drop-in clinic wherever possible (please advise us of your requirements at the point of booking) – this will mean we can book an interpreter or arrange for the necessary tools in advance.
