Visiting the clinic
Under 18s – young persons drop-in (no appointment required)
For STI tests and contraception (including emergency oral contraception / the morning after pill, but excluding implants and coils / IUD / IUS)
Thursday 15:00 – 17:00
Please note:
- We cannot offer PEPSE, PrEP or HIV care at these drop-in sessions.
- Sessions are on a first-come first-served basis. Be prepared to sit and wait. If we reach capacity, the session will be closed to new people.
Appointments
With the exception of the under 18s drop-in sessions, this clinic is open by arrangement only (please do not drop-in). For information on how best to access the service you require, choose from the list below:
If we have asked for you to come into clinic, aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. You can bring two people with you if required.
Medicine collection slots
If we have arranged for you to collect medicine from the clinic, this can be picked up at the following times (except bank holidays, when the clinic is closed):
- Tuesday 16.30 – 17.30
- Thursday 16:30 – 17:30
Please collect your medicine within three weeks or contact us to rearrange if this is not possible.
COVID-19
You don’t have to wear a mask / face covering unless asked to do so by a member of staff. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or you / someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to a clinic. Follow the national guidance for people with symptoms of a respiratory infection including COVID-19, or a positive test result for COVID-19

Traffic can be very busy and parking spaces limited. It's a good idea to use alternatives to car travel where possible, such as walking, cycling or public transport. Services such as Traveline can help you plan your journey.

Disabled access
Most appointments will be in rooms on the ground floor. There is a lift that can be used for appointments on the first floor.

It can take time to arrange interpreting and translation services.
Please let us know your requirements when booking a telephone appointment or organising a time to come into clinic, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
