Referrals to Oxfordshire Sexual Health Service
If you are a health professional who would like to refer a patient with specific needs to see us (and self referral is not appropriate), please use one of these options:
- If a patient needs to be seen urgently, you need clinical advice or would like to send a referral, email [email protected].
- Write a referral letter to Oxfordshire Sexual Health Service, Churchill Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE.
- For Psychosexual referrals to our Psychosexual Therapy team, email [email protected].
Clinic U (an inclusion health clinic)
Clinic U is for people who may need more time and support with their sexual health and contraceptive needs. We accept referrals from a wide range of community services, including:
- Housing services
- Mental health services
- Substance use teams
- Social care
- Learning disability teams
If you work with anyone who may benefit from the support of this clinic, please use one of these options:
