Visiting our clinics

Most of our clinics are open by arrangement only (the exception is East Oxford clinic on Rectory Road which runs some drop-in sessions for under 18s). Please book a telephone consultation via email / phone.

Mask wearing and social distancing remain in place in all our sites. If you have a new continuous cough, a high temperature, or a loss or change to your sense of taste or smell, do not come to a clinic. Follow the national advice on coronavirus (COVID-19).

Genital dermatology (skin problems)

It is quite common to develop skin problems on or around your genitals. This does not necessarily mean you have acquired an STI; there are lots different causes such as eczema, psoriasis and other skin conditions.

Contact us for a telephone consultation. If you do need genital dermatology services, we will arrange an appointment at one of our specialist clinic sessions. Alternatively, see your GP who can refer you to our specialist sexual health services.

You cannot directly self-refer for genital dermatology services – an initial consultation or GP referral is necessary.

Patient information leaflets

The British Association of Dermatologists have produced leaflets that you may find helpful if you are diagnosed with a skin condition:
