Visiting the clinic
Our clinics are open by arrangement only (please do not drop-in). For information on how best to access the service you require, choose from the list below:
If we have asked for you to come into clinic, aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time and only bring someone with you if this has been agreed in advance. Face coverings must be worn.
A receptionist will ask you if you have COVID-19 symptoms:
- High temperature (37.8C or above)
- Loss of taste and / or smell
They will also ask if you have recently travelled abroad.
Do not come into clinic if you have COVID-19 symptoms. Follow the national advice on coronavirus (COVID-19). Your appointment should be re-booked for a later date.
Medicine collection slots
If we have arranged for you to collect medicine from the clinic, this can be picked up at the following time:
Wednesday 15:30 – 16:30
Access and facilities
We are committed to ensuring our services are accessible to all. Please contact us if you have any specific requirements due to a disability, impairment, sensory loss or other relevant conditions / circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate these.
On ground floor. Suitable for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues.
Interpreting and translation services
It can take time to arrange interpreting and translation services.
Please let us know your requirements when booking a telephone consultation or organising a time to come into clinic, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Travel and car parking
The clinic is on the same site as the community hospital. Parking spaces are pay and display. There is also a free car park in the road behind the clinic.
