Appointments

We offer telephone appointments and face to face appointments. You will usually have a telephone appointment first – this means we can make sure that you are booked into the right clinic if you need seeing in person.

Book, change or cancel an appointment

Via your Personal Health Record

The best way to manage your appointments is via your Personal Health Record (PHR):

You will be prompted to answer some questions when booking an appointment. You may be given an option to ask for a call back or book a telephone appointment, depending on what you need. If there are no suitable appointments and your request is urgent, you will be advised to call us instead.

Please do not book multiple telephone appointments. You should only need one telephone appointment at any one time – please call our main phone line to discuss if you think you need more. Extra telephone appointments will be cancelled.

For more information on using your PHR, including how to register, please see about your Personal Health Record.

By phone – 01865 231231

Our reception team will ask a few simple questions to ensure you are booked into the right appointment – this information is kept confidential and not shared outside of the service.

If you are aged between 13-15 years, you can still book an appointment as described above. Please note, it is routine for us to ask you some safety questions.
