Appointments

Book, change or cancel an appointment

You can manage your appointments quickly and easily through your Personal Health Record (PHR):

When making an appointment, you’ll be asked a few questions to help us book you into the right clinic. Some appointments can be done by phone and some need a face-to-face visit.

Can’t make your appointment? Please cancel it so we can offer the slot to someone else.

If you are unable to manage your appointment via your PHR, call the main phone line instead.

Drop-in sessions (no appointment needed)

We run drop-in sessions where you can get testing, treatment or advice without booking an appointment:

Please note: drop-in sessions can get busy — we’ll always prioritise urgent cases.

Telephone and face-to-face appointments

We offer both telephone and face-to-face appointments. If your concern can’t be managed over the phone (for example, if you need an examination, vaccination, or in-person treatment), we’ll arrange a suitable clinic slot for you.

Under 16s

If you’re under 16, please call our main phone line to book your appointment.

You can come on your own or with a parent or carer — that’s up to you. Everything you tell us is confidential.
