Referrals to Oxfordshire Sexual Health Service
If you are a health professional who would like to refer a patient with specific needs to see us (and self referral is not appropriate), please:
- Write a referral letter to either:
- Oxfordshire Sexual Health Service, Churchill Hospital, Oxford, OX3 7LE
- Oxfordshire Sexual Health Service, The Orchard Health Centre, Cope Rd, Banbury OX16 2EZ
- Email a referral letter (nhs.net email only) to [email protected]
- If the patient needs to be seen urgently or if you need clinical advice, email [email protected]. Please do not include patient details unless sending from an nhs.net email address as this is not 100% secure.
Clinic U (an inclusion health clinic)
Clinic U is for people who may need more time and support with their sexual health and contraceptive needs. We accept referrals from a wide range of community services, including:
- Housing services
- Mental health services
- Substance use teams
- Social care
- Learning disability teams
If you work with anyone who may benefit from the support of this clinic, you can refer by:
- Phone – please call our main phone line and advise that you are a professional wanting to refer to Clinic U
- Email (for professionals with an nhs.net email account only) – send a referral letter to [email protected]
- If the patient needs to be seen urgently or if you need clinical advice, email [email protected]. Please do not include patient details unless sending from an nhs.net email address as this is not 100% secure.
