A podcast based on a book with the same name ‘Come as you are’ by sex researcher Emily Nagoski, which provides science-based information on sexuality. - The Sexual Wellness Sessions podcast
A podcast by psychosexual and relationship therapist Kate Moyle covering a range of topics, such as parenthood and sex, sex after cancer, neurodiversity and sex, etc. - Ferly
An app developed by psychologists and sex therapists to support women with sexual self-care and give guided self-help for sexual problems. It has a section focussing on sexual wellness after trauma.
